Recruitment Resources
Radio Station Van Hits
Do you want a radio station at your next recruitment event? Agencies with an upcoming recruitment event can benefit from a radio station van to help draw a crowd, pass out freebies and add music to your event! If you are interested in having a radio station van at your next event, please contact cvera@veracommunications.com.
Matched Effort
Door-to-door recruitment continues to be an effective way to have a one on one conversation with prospective Head Start families. You can enhance your outreach efforts through a matched effort with COFI. DFSS will provide agencies with two COFI Head Start ambassadors to assist with door-to-door recruitment. We ask that agencies assign staff to accompany COFI in this outreach. Your staff will benefit from new skills and your agency will benefit from the recruitment efforts.
