Digital File Cabinet
DFSS has devised a system to make communication with our Delegate Agencies and Partners faster and easier. A document uploading function has been added to our FSSAgency.com Web site-- the same Web site where you can already retrieve your FSSAgency.com email, and the address DFSS uses to send out all official memos, communications and other documents.
This area of the site will be used as an online "file cabinet" containing folders into which you will upload certain required documents that you were previously required to submit to your DFSS content area contacts on paper.

Request to Add Partner/FCCH Provider Procedure Update
The Children’s Services Division of the Chicago Department of Family and Support Services has a longstanding commitment to ensuring that all CSD funded programs provide the highest possible quality of services to our consumers and their families. To assure that all of our programming is of high quality and in compliance with all relevant regulations and performance standards regardless of program option, the Children Services Division is implementing an updated process for adding and monitoring new and existing Family Child Care Homes in our Delegate Agencies’ networks, effective immediately.
